The Director of 4N Solutions, Chris Martel, retired after dedicating thirty-four years to the former U.S. Immigration Service (INS) and the current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) /U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services/Fraud Detection and National Security Unit. His career included positions as a Border Patrol Agent, Immigration Inspector and Senior Immigration Inspector and as an Intelligence Research Specialist. This background enables Mr. Martel to offer guidance on numerous aspects of immigration regulations and policies, the filing of applications and petitions, and travel document requirements and examination.
Mr. Martel has been certified as a fraudulent document trainer by the Dept. of Homeland Security/Immigration & Customs Enforcement/Forensic Document Laboratory and has also executed the duties of System Control Officer and Training Instructor for several DHS computer information systems.
