Background

Cynthia has developed and applied FA's highly successful Managing for Results framework, which enables management of complex, cross-functional strategies in global multinationals. She has extensive experience in organization strategy and design, fact-based analysis, and technology and operations modernization for the automotive, financial services, health care and non-profit sectors. Cynthia spearheaded a capability-driven strategy at a leading multinational, which contributed to profit growth of 59% over three years; she led the management and roll-out of an IT modernization project costing $15 million involving innovative technologies and frameworks; She has also developed unique and effective methods for facilitating for CEOs and Executive Management in strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration and effectiveness. Cynthia received her Masters degree in Technological and Economic Planning from Roskilde University in Denmark, and a BA with high honors from Wesleyan University. She has lived in China, the Middle East and Europe, and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
