Willie Docto is owner of Docto Association Management LLC, a management consulting company serving associations, nonprofit organizations, corporations and tourism-related businesses. He has worked for various associations and nonprofit organizations in the Washington, DC area, including the American Bankers Association where he was Member Services Manager of the Institute of Certified Bankers, and the National Association of Home Builders where he was the Manager of the Student Chapters Program.
He has also worked with the American Symphony Orchestra League and the Fairfax Symphony. He has been General Manager of both the Georgetown Symphony Orchestra and the Virginia Chamber Orchestra. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Vermont Society of Association Executives, and the Vermont Consultants Network. He served as the Chair of the Membership Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Vermont Arts Council, and he is Past President of the Waterbury Tourism Council. Willie Docto is a graduate of Georgetown University.
